  • Your introduction to what optimal pelvic health looks like, the framework for getting there, and the first steps to establishing your holistic, personalized roadmap!

  • Week 3-4: Breath, Posture, and Alignment for Pelvic Health
  • In week 2, you will put on your detective hat and learn how to tune into the pelvic floor system from a holistic perspective. This week is less thinking and more about syncing!

  • Week 5-6: Self Management of Common Pelvic Problems
    • Pelvic floor problems arise, it's what you do when they start that matters! In week 3, you will learn how to identify symptoms early, take action and get the support you need.

Week 7-8: Mama Ergonomics
This week we will turn what you have learned and practiced and apply it to your daily activities, habits, routines, and rhythms to optimize your pelvic health! 

Week 9-10: Protecting Your Core and Pelvic Floor during Exercise
This is so much more than kegels! How you breath and align during exercise and how you choose to move and when, can influence your roadmap to pelvic health

Week 11-12: Intimacy in Pregnancy and Postpartum

Intimacy and sex are important, but pregnancy, babies and a whole slew of new dynamics can  put a strain on your sex life. In week 6, we explore ways to keep the love in the air and pleasure between the sheets!​

Where Can I Sign Up? 
Join my mailing list and grab your free "Self-Love Guide for New Moms" TODAY! Click Here. You will receive alerts when sign-up for Pelvic Health Essentials Program begins. Sessions begin in August, January and March. 
Is Pelvic Health Essentials right for me? 
Pelvic Health Essentials is open to all women- whether pre-conception, pregnant or postpartum 10 years, you will find immediate value in this program. This group coaching format is geared toward highly motivated women who place value in prevention and health optimization. Women of all ages (18+) are encouraged to join!
Do I need a referral from a doctor? 
Nope! But I wish every doctor would recommended this program to all their patients!! It would literally reduce their caseload allowing them to spend more time with the patients that REALLY can benefit from their care. Pssst OB/GYNs, your not pelvic floor specialists! 
What is the learning format? 
Self-paced modules, bi-monthly group coaching calls, and access to private membership group through Mighty Networks!
Who is this program not for? 
All women could benefit from Pelvic Health Essentials however, it is not intended for women with severe pelvic floor problems, I suggest in-person pelvic floor therapy instead.
Is this Program the same as pelvic floor therapy?
This program provides you instruction on how to prevent or improve mild-moderate pelvic floor problems common in women of all ages. It provides you with knowledge, support and guidance on how to make better decisions for your pelvic health. This course does not provide a personalized plan taking into account all your health factors as a pelvic floor therapist would. Click Here to contact Hilary if you have further questions.
